Meetings

Meetings of the Board of Directors of Software in the Public Interest, Inc. must occur at least quarterly according to the SPI bylaws. Presently, the Board has been meeting monthly.

Board meetings are usually (but not always) held on the third Wednesday of every month at 1900UTC. Meetings take place via IRC on the OFTC network.

Meetings are open to the public. You can participate by connecting to irc.oftc.net and joining channel #spi.

Items to be discussed at a meeting need to be put on the agenda prior to the meeting. Please contact the SPI Secretary to get your item on the agenda. Contact information for the Secretary is available from the Board page.

Resolutions adopted by the Board are posted to the spi-announce mailing list and posted to the resolutions page. After Board approval, minutes from SPI meetings can be found on the minutes page. The agenda for the next board meeting can be found in the agenda section.
